SERVICES

PRE-DEPARTURE SERVICES, ON-SITE SERVICES, POST PROGRAM

PRE-DEPARTURE SERVICES

  • Students can consult with our staff members as frequently as desired during the application process and after acceptance into the program. We are prepared to answer student questions about what to expect while living and studying in Croatia, i.e., academics, housing, safety, traveling around Croatia, cultural norms, etc.
  • After acceptance, we offer pre-departure orientation and materials that will help students prepare for their study abroad experience. Students will receive information on academic expectations, health and safety concerns, cultural differences, travel advice, and more.
  • We can connect prospective program participants with former participants. The latter can share their experiences and answer student questions prior to applying and before departing.

ON-SITE SERVICES

  • We will provide on-site support services which include local English-speaking staff who are available to students during their program. These staff members are ready to make suggestions and answer student inquiries about the host culture, local things to do, domestic travel, etc. Note: we only provide recommendations and will not book personal travel.
  • In the event of a personal emergency, participants can contact staff members 24/7 via an emergency telephone number. Note: in the event of a medical emergency we recommend that you call 112 within Croatia.
  • We work with you to provide course- and cultural-related excursions that meet your educational goals. Both same-day or multi-day excursions can be arranged.
  • We provide multiple shuttles from the airport to the student accommodation on the start date of your program.
